Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Should a product need to be returned or exchanged please email via our contact page with the following information: Order number, the style number you wish to return/exchange and the reason for return/exchange. Customer care will respond to you with further instructions. The customer shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned . In the case where the products you have ordered have not been delivered to you, or that the products that have been delivered to you are damaged or defective, The World Peace Initiative will assume all delivery charges and the risks, as long as you return the products using a carrier that guarantees the risks of loss and damage and contact us prior to shipping.

The World Peace Initiative reserves the right to refuse a return if a product has been removed from its original packaging, tags removed or have been worn. If a product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for a new model of the same product or for a credit of the same value.

Upon receiving a returned product, any sum debited from your credit card account in favor of Shopworldpeace.com with regard to the product, except delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible, on condition that the product being returned is returned by you and received by shopworldpeace.com in the exact condition as that in which it was when delivered to you.
